Payment

Currencies

Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction.

Prices

All prices shown are current at 14 July 2007 and are in NZ dollars by default, inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in advance by cheque, credit card or direct credit.

Shipping

The cost of postage and packaging includes, not only the main courier postage, but also packaging charges - materials & labour. This means the dollar value you see on the package when you receive it may be lower than the amount you have been charged.

Some items cannot be shipped overseas, such as eucalyptus essential oil. We will notify you if you order a restricted item.

Freight

NZ orders are shipped by courier and are delivered within 2-4 working days following dispatch from Herbal Creations.

Overseas orders shipped via New Zealand Post International Airmail & are delivered within 1 - 2 weeks.

Damaged Goods

Please advise us immediately if there is any damage to the package, and retain goods for courier inspection. You are not obliged to accept obviously damaged goods. The courier should retain these for insurance purposes
